Key Competences

• At least 5 year of experience with Outsystems;
• Strong will to learn and evolve further in the career;
• Strong will to work in a team and be a team player;
• Strong will to coach and motivate other Team Members;
• Technical Savvy and Web curious;

Preferred Competences

• Degree in Software Engineering or similar;
• Web Development Experience and/or Certifications;
• Experience in customer engagement;
• Experience in Leading Teams;
• Experience in Coaching other Team Members;
• Good English skills.
